Anderson Global Trading Company (啓業環球貿易有限公司) (hereinafter "we" or "the Company") owns and operates the website https://andersonglobals.com/ and its affiliated sub-sites (hereinafter "the Website"). We provide online shopping services via the internet and convenient delivery services to anyone. By using the Website or related services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read the terms carefully before using the Website.
1. Registration
1.1 You may choose to shop as a guest; however, registering as a member allows for a more convenient shopping experience, as you won’t need to re-enter your details during future purchases. Members may also enjoy exclusive promotions from time to time.
1.2 By registering, you declare (and we are entitled to rely on such declaration) that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
1.3 When registering, you must:

2. Shopping and Pricing
2.1 All product prices are based on the amount shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, all prices on this website are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
2.2 An email confirmation will be sent to the registered email address once your order is received. This email does not constitute a commitment to deliver the ordered items.
2.3 We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- (i) Insufficient stock of the ordered product
- (ii) Pricing errors due to human or system mistakes
- (iii) Inability to arrange delivery at the selected time or location
2.4 We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time without prior notice.
2.5 We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any product to any individual (including registered members).
3. Payment
3.1 We accept online payments via QFPay using credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and Cloud QuickPass), QR code payments (Alipay, WeChat Pay, FPS, and PayMe), and bank transfers. Unless otherwise stated, all orders will be settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
3.2 We use third-party payment services to process online transactions. By proceeding to checkout, you agree and accept that your credit card information will be collected, processed, and retained by the payment service provider.
3.3 You agree and accept that we shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any loss incurred during credit card transactions.
3.4 We do not collect or retain your credit card information.
3.5 We reserve the right to change the available payment methods for online purchases without prior notice.
4. Order and Delivery Arrangements
4.1 Once payment is successfully completed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified (including delivery method or order consolidation). Please ensure all product and delivery details are correct before placing your order.
4.2 For details regarding shipping fees and delivery services for each brand, please refer to the "FAQ" section on our website.
4.3 If stock is available, we will arrange shipment within 2–7 business days after payment is completed.
4.4 For out-of-stock or restocking items, preparation or transfer may take approximately 7–10 days. Items will be dispatched promptly once ready.
4.5 No deliveries will be made on Sundays or public holidays.
4.6 Delivery is handled by third-party logistics providers. We are not responsible for any losses caused by delivery delays. A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch; customers should contact the logistics provider directly for inquiries or delivery arrangements (e.g., SF Express).
4.7 Deliveries are only made to floors accessible by elevator. For village houses or walk-up buildings, customers must collect their orders at ground level.
4.8 Delivery services will be suspended during typhoon signal warnings, red or black rainstorm alerts, or other unforeseen circumstances (including severe traffic congestion). We will contact you to reschedule delivery.
4.9 We will make every effort to deliver on your requested date, but specific time slots cannot be guaranteed.
4.10 You agree that we may use third-party providers to deliver products to your designated address. Upon delivery, please sign the delivery note to confirm receipt of the correct items. Once the correct products have been delivered to you, ownership and risk will transfer to you, and we will no longer be liable.
5. Refund and Exchange Policy
5.1 Upon signing for the delivery, you confirm that the received products match your order. We reserve the right to decline any requests for returns or exchanges.
5.2 If the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must remain in their original, unopened, and unused condition, and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. We will arrange for a replacement.
5.3 Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, unless the product has a quality issue.
5.4 Certain items (such as discounted products, food, and personal care items) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

6. Product Warranty
6.1. Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, the purchased product is entitled to warranty services provided by the brand (excluding food items). The coverage includes damages caused by manufacturing defects, normal wear and tear, rips, and damages incurred during air transportation. Warranty services are applicable only within the Hong Kong region.
6.2. Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty is provided by the brand and does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (such as scratches on leather or polycarbonate surfaces, or stains on fabric), accidental or indirect damage (including damage or loss of items inside the bag, interruption of use, or time loss). It also excludes damage caused by improper handling, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, product alterations or modifications, and damage caused by unauthorized service centers. Electronic devices and features included in travel products are also not covered under the warranty.
6.3. Warranty Period and Conditions
- During the warranty period, the brand will provide comprehensive coverage, including manufacturer defects, normal wear and tear, and damage caused by carriers.
- After the warranty period expires, the brand may offer repair services at a cost, depending on the condition of the product. However, damages resulting from misuse, accidents, cosmetic damage, and normal wear and tear will not be covered.
6.4. Repair and Replacement Policy
During the warranty period, the brand will determine whether the product should be repaired or replaced based on its condition. If the product cannot be repaired, the brand reserves the right to provide a replacement of the same or equivalent value. The remaining warranty period of the original product will continue to apply to the replacement.
6.5. Proof of Purchase and Warranty Application
Please retain the receipt or email confirmation issued by Anderson Global Trading Company or the designated brand partner at the time of purchase, as it serves as the basis for warranty claims. Warranty services are only applicable within the Hong Kong region, and the warranty period is calculated from the original date of purchase. All repairs are provided by the brand and are guaranteed only to restore the basic functionality of the product; cosmetic restoration is not guaranteed. This warranty grants you specific legal rights and may also entitle you to additional rights depending on local laws.
6.6. Warranty Claim Procedure
Depending on the brand’s requirements, warranty registration may be necessary in advance; alternatively, you may simply present your receipt or email confirmation at the designated repair center during the warranty period to receive service.
